Recipe Suggestion (serves 4)
Heat 2-tablespoons of oil in a medium sized pan or Wok, add one large diced onion and fry gently until soft and golden brown.
Add 450g of diced lamb, fry for 3-minutes until sealed.
Stir in 120g of Nazirs Rogan Josh Paste and fry for a further 2-minutes stirring continuously.
Add 200g of tinned tomatoes and fry for a further 2-minutes.
Pour in 200-225ml of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over moderate heat until meat is tender (approximately 40-minutes) stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
