Recipe Suggestion (serves 2)
Heat 2-tablespoons of oil in a medium sized pan or Wok, add one mdeium diced onion and fry gently until soft and golden brown.
Add 225g of cubed beef, and fry briskly until browned.
Stir in 11/2-2 tablespoons of Nazirs Vindaloo Paste and fry for a further minute stirring continuously.
Add 120g of tinned tomatoes and fry briskly for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in 200ml of water, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over moderate heat until meat is tender (approximately 40-minutes) stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or naan.
