Onion Raita is a side dish used in Indian meal. It's a yogurt based dish and can be eaten with any spicy stuff or as it is.
Onion finely chopped - ½ Cup
| ||Yogurt (smooth) - 1 Cup|| |
| ||Green Chillies finely chopped - 1|| |
| ||Roasted Cumin Powder - ½ tsp|| |
| ||Salt to taste|| |
•Place Onions in a mixing bowl.
•Add Salt, Green Chillies, Cumin Powder and Yogurt.
•Mix well. Add some Water to get the desired consistency.
•Chill and serve.
