Paneer is a home-made Indian cheese, similar to ricotta cheese but with a drier texture and less salty taste. These paneer kebabs are just as ideal cooked under the grill as they are on the summer barbeque. Enjoy!

 1 tsp ground cumin
 2 tsps ground coriander
 1 tsp chilli powder
 1 tsp turmeric

"Dear Spices of India, I recently placed my 1st order with Spices of India and inadvertently placed the order twice. However, within a couple of hours I received and email cancelling the duplicate order and within 48 hours the payment was credited back to my account. With regard to the order, it was promptly delivered, correct and well packed -- I would like to thank Spices of India for great service."
