Simple steps to make Chicken Tikka Masala:

Contents of this packet +
350g Chicken +
100g plain Yogurt +
300ml Water +
20g Butter +
50ml Cream.
Heat and Chicken Tikka Masala is ready!

Note: Do not add anything else. This mix contains oil and salt too.

Hob Method:

• Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 300ml water and 100g plain yogurt in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.
• Saute 350g chicken in 20g butter on a medium flame until golden brown.
• Add the mixture from the bowl and cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.
• Add the cream, bring to the boil and serve.

Ingredients: Onion (29%), Refined Vegetable Oil (14%), Coriander Leaves (12.5%), Garlic (9%), Ginger (9%),Tomato (8%), Salt, Spices, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli, Turmeric.
