Also known as Pequin, Pinhead and Bird Pepper, the Piquin Chilli is a tiny chilli but has a searing, full mouth heat with a mild tang. Its citrusy, smoky, nutty flavour is particularly good with poultry and is great in soups, stews, salsas and bean dishes.
Rehydrate in warm water for 20 minutes before use.
Store in a dark, cool & dry place.
