Here's how you make this dish: | Serves: | 2 | Preparation Time: | 10 minutes. | Cooking Time: | 20 minutes | Ingredients: | Potatoes peeled, cubed and boiled - 2 | | | Green Pepper cubed - 1 | | | Ginger grated - 1 tsp | | | Oil - 3 tbsp
| | | Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
| | | Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
| | | Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
| | | Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
| | | Salt to taste
| | | Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
| | | Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
| | Method: | • Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds and allow it to splutter. Then add Cumin Seeds, Turmeric, Asafoetida and Ginger. Fry for few seconds.
• Then add the Peppers and stir fry for a minute or two then add Potato cubes along with some Salt and mix well.
• Later on add Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder and mix well and fry for few seconds.
