Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Pride Mild Curry Paste 300g Carrots, diced 300g Potatoes, diced 200g Spinach, chopped 400ml Pride Coconut Milk
Method
• Boil Potatoes in plenty of water for 15 minutes and drain.
• Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are soft.
• Serve hot with Rice and Naan Bread.
