Recipe- Jeera Lamb
• Cut 500g stewing lamb into 2cm cubes.
• Blend 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp meat tenderiser and 1 tbsp ginger powder and marinate the lamb for 2 hours.
• Heat 1 tbsp vegetable ghee and fry 1 large chopped onion until soft. Add the lamb, 6 whole cardamoms, 250ml yogurt, 100ml water and 1 tsp salt and simmer for 40 minutes over a low heat until the lamb is cooked and the sauce is thick.
