The world famous searing Vindaloo boasts of an ancient Goan - Portuguese ancestry. Now easily create it at home with Raji Quick and Easy Goan Vindaloo Cooking Paste. Have it with fresh pao or steamed rice and get transported straight to Goa!
Ingredients:
A pack of Raji Quick & Easy Goan Vindaloo Cooking Paste
Diced Lamb / Beef - 300g
Water - 800ml
Cream - 4tbsp
** For a Vegetarian Curry, substitute Meat with 300g mixed veggies (Green Beans, Peas, Cauliflower, Potatoes etc.)

Method:
1. In a sauce pan, add Lamb/Beef, Raji's Goan Vindaloo Paste and Water. Mix well and simmer on medium high for 40-45 minutes or until Meat is tender and desired Sauce consistency is achieved.

2. Add the Cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds.

Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy hot with Pita, Ciabatta or Naan Bread.
Or try it as a spicy croquette filling!
