A pack of Raji Quick & Easy Korma Cooking Paste
Chicken pieces (with or without bones) - 300g
Water - 400ml
Cream - 4tbsp
** For a Vegetarian Curry, substitute Chicken with 300g mixed veggies (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Peas, Potatoes, etc).

1. In a saucepan, add Chicken, Raji's Korma Paste and Water. Mix well, and simmer on medium high heat for 10-15 minutes or until Meat is tender and desired Sauce consistency is achieved.

2. Add Cream and simmer uncovered for 30 seconds.

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with freshly chopped Cilantro Leaves and serve hot with Naan Bread, Steamed Rice and Pita bread. Try it as a filling for a savory, crispy crust pie
