| | | Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
| | | Sugar - 1 tsp
| | | Salt - 1/2 tsp
| | | Lime Juice - 2 tsp
| | Tempering (optional): | Oil - 1 tbsp | | | Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp | | | Pinch of Asafoetida
| | Method: | • Wash Mint, Green Chillies, Garlic and Ginger thoroughly.
• Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste. If required add a little Water while grinding.
• Optionally add tempering to enhance the flavour- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
•Chill and serve.
