Roasted Corn Salsa is an easy side dish filled with goodness of both flavour and filling. Roasting the Corn enhances the sweet flavour. This mild and crispy Salsa can be served with anything from Chips to Chicken.
Corn cobs - 3
| ||Red onions thinly sliced - 1|| |
| ||Avocado coarsely chopped - 1|| |
| ||Cherry Tomatoes chopped - About 200 g|| |
| ||Lemon or Lime Juice - 2 Tbsp|| |
| ||Coriander Leaves / Cilantro chopped for garnishing|| |
• Roast Corn cobs on heated oiled grilled plate until browned on all sides.
• When Corn is cool enough to handle, cut the kernels in a medium bowl.
• Now mix this with Onions, Tomatoes, Lime Juice and fresh Coriander / Cilantro.
• Serve with any spicy main dish.
