Sev Puri as the name states flat puri topped with Sev is a chaat item on Mumbai streets. The Chutneys enhance the tangy flavour of this dish.

Ingredients:

Flat Puris - 10
 
 Fine Sev - 1 Cup
 
 Onions finely chopped - ½ Cup
 
 Tamarind Chutney - 3 tbsp
 
 Green Chutney - 3 tbsp
 
 Potatoes boiled - ½ Cup
 
 Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
 
 Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp (optional)
 
 Lemon Juice
 
 Coriander leaves(Cilantro) for garnishing
 
 Salt
 

Method:

• Arrange the flat Puris or papdis on a plate.

• Top each papdi with Potatoes, Onions, Green Chutney, Tamarind Chutney.

• Sprinkle some Red Chilli Powder, Salt and Lemon Juice.

• Garnish with Sev and Coriander Leaves.

• Serve immediately.
