Ingredients: Red Chilli, Cumin, Star Aniseed, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Cinnamon, Brown Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Turmeric, Carom, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Steamed Deep Fried Chicken:

2 Skinless Chicken, approx. 750g each
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
8 tbsps Lemon Juice
1 litre Oil for deep frying
Shan Lahori Charga Mix

• Make 4-5 deep slits on the chicken breasts and thighs.

• Mix the garlic, ginger, lemon juice and Shan Lahori charga Mix together and apply evenly over the chickens. Leave to marinate overnight or 3-4 hours minimum.

• Steam the chicken until tender.

• Heat the oil in a deep wok or karahi. Fry each chicken until crisp and golden brown.

• Sprinkle the chicken with Chaat Masala and lemon juice, and serve with chatni or tomato ketchup.
