Ingredients: Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin, Carom, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander, Clove, Cinnamon, Brown Cardamom, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent).

If there are any allergens in the ingredients they are marked as bold.

Meat and Vegetable Curry

500g Meat, cubed
500g any Vegetables, cubed
200g Onions, finely sliced
200g Tomatoes, diced
175g Ghee or Oil
3-4 tbsp Shan Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix

• Fry the onions in the ghee/oil for a few minutes. Add the meat, Shan Meat & Vegetable Curry Mix and tomatoes and fry for a few more minutes.

• Add 2-3 cups water and cook on a low heat until the meat is tender.

• Add the vegetables and more water if necessary. Cook on high heat for a few minutes then lower the heat and cook until the vegetables are tender.
