Ingredients: Paprika, Red Chilli, Salt, Musk Melon, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Brown Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), Dried Papaya Powder.

Tikka Boti:

Serves 6-8

11/2 - 2kg Beef/Chicken/Mutton, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
200g raw Papaya with skin, finely sliced
75g melted Ghee
Shan Tikka Boti BBQ Mix

• Mix the Shan Tikka Boti Mix with half a cup of water and add the garlic, ginger, raw papaya. Apply this paste to the meat and set aside to marinate for 3-4 hours.

• Remove and discard the papaya and thread the meat cubes onto skewers. Grill over a very low heat.

• Lightly brush the meat with the melted ghee and rotate the skewers until the meat is cooked and tender.
