• Heat the oven to 180°C.
• Beat the butter, sugar, both lots of flour, baking powder and the eggs with the banana mash.
• Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
• Allow the loaf to cool slightly before cutting a generous wedge and smearing with Prices Spices' Lucknow Mango Chutney.
