Sprouted Moong Salad is a healthy snack item or can be served as a side dish too. This colourful dish is quite easy to make and irresistable munch on....

Ingredients:

Sprouted Moong - 1/2 Cup
 
 Pomogranate - 1/4 Cup 
 Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 Cup
 
 Finely chopped Onions - 1 tbsp
 
 Finely chopped Green Chillies - 1 tsp
 
 Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
 
 Salt to taste –
 
 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 
 Finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) for garnishing 

Method:

• Follow the instructions for sprouting your beans using our Bean Sprout Maker.

• Place the Sprouts in a mixing bowl.

• Add Onions, Cucumber, Pomogranate and other ingredients.

•Mix well.

• Garnish with Coriander Leaves.

Note: Any other Sprouted Beans can also be used in place of Moong Bean.
