Ingredients: | Sprouted Moong - 1/2 Cup | |
| Pomogranate - 1/4 Cup | |
| Chopped Cucumber - 1/4 Cup

| Finely chopped Onions - 1 tbsp

| Finely chopped Green Chillies - 1 tsp
| |
| Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

| Salt to taste –

| Lemon juice - 1 tbsp | |
| Finely chopped Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) for garnishing | |
Method: | • Follow the instructions for sprouting your beans using our Bean Sprout Maker.
• Place the Sprouts in a mixing bowl.
• Add Onions, Cucumber, Pomogranate and other ingredients.
•Mix well.
• Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
Note: Any other Sprouted Beans can also be used in place of Moong Bean.
