Recipe Suggestion: Spaghetti Bolognese with Tabasco Bite
• Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions, then add minced beef and garlic and brown over a medium heat. Add tinned tomatoes, season with salt and shake in a few drops of Tabasco. Simmer for 25 minutes.
• Add basil leaves just before removing from heat. Cook the spaghetti as directed on the pack. After the pasta is drained, pour the sauce over the top and toss gently until mixed. Serve with lots of Parmesan.
