Fine egg noodles - 2 nests
| ||Green Chillies/Chilli Sauce - 1 (if Sauce, 1 tsp)|| |
| ||Ginger grated - 1 tsp|| |
| ||Shallots sliced - 2|| |
| ||Peppers sliced - 1 or 1 cup|| |
| ||Carrots sliced - 2 or 1 cup|| |
| ||Soya Sauce - 2 tsp|| |
| ||Oil - 2 tbsp|| |
• Plunge the Noodles into a large pan of boiling Water. Simmer for 3 minutes and cook. Once done, for best results rinse in cold Water, drain and let it cool.
• Heat Oil in a wok, add Chillies, Ginger and sauté Shallots. Next stir fry Peppers and Sarrots, add Salt and Soya Sauce.
• Add the prepared Noodles to the stir fry and mix well and serve.
