Shahi Rustic Indian Curry Sauce - warning, creamy and indulgent with a rich tomato base sauce - tastes great with chicken.

Shahi (meaning royal) is incredibly versatile. It's great for marinading meats, seafood and for flavouring vegetables, for barbeque food or spread over a roasting joint of meat. Flavoured with tandoori spices including fenugreek, turmeric, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, this Shahi sauce will leave you warm and contented.

Cook a real Indian Curry in 10 minutes...

Shahi Chicken

• Empty the pouch of sauce into a large non-stick pan, add 375g chicken breast in bite size pieces, no need to brown the chicken first.

• Stir well until everything is coated, cover with a lid and cook over a medium high heat for about 10 minuets, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.

• Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with chapatti or steamed rice and your favourite Indian mango chutney.

• For more sauce, add up to 200ml water to the pan.

Shahi Salmon Malai

• Cut in half 2-3 medium sized salmon steaks, and marinade in half pack of Shahi Sauce for at least 1 hour.

• Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in a heavy based pan.

• Add 400ml coconut milk and bring to a simmer for 1 minute, careful not to allow the milk to boil.

• Add the remaining Shahi Sauce, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

• Serve with naan or rice and salald.
